Happy (belated) Cinco de Mayo! I made such a n00b blogger mistake by not posting this before the actual holiday. Nonetheless, I'm posting my first little cocktail recipe!
These drinky poos were extremely thirst quenching and gave me the giddiest buzz. Since I didn't have any sour mix or lemonade on hand I used what I had- ginger ale!
I picked up the adorable straws at Target (pronounced Targé obviously because I'm fancy) a couple months ago but didn't ever use them! They had all sorts of other colors and prints, too!
Also, I'm obsessed with all jars..my boyfriend hates when I save them but look how pretty they make for glasses! Cheers!
Ingredients:
Makes about 8 servings!
2 cups Jose Cuervo Silver Tequila
1 cup Cointreau
1-2 cans Ginger Ale
4 Limes
Sugar/ Salt for your rim
1 tbsp Raspberry Jam!
*I didn't have fresh on hand

Directions:
- Ariba! Start by melting your raspberry jam with a wee bit of hot water.
- Add the tequila into your pitcher and mix well with the raspberry juice!
- Once you get that pretty blush color add your Cointreau, lime juice and while stirring pour in the ginger ale.
- Prepare your pretty little jars with a nice sugar or salt rim.
- Cut a lime up into quarters for a garnish
- Fill the jars up & enjoy with some mexican food!
